Work With Me

Are you ready?
Explore your path to race equity.
Are you an educator and recognize your pivotal role in equipping your students to be critical thinkers? Do you manage others in your organization and want guidance on how to create equitable workspaces? Are you a pastor or spiritual leader in your community? Are you an individual looking to grow your race consciousness but don’t know where to start? Are you a woman of African descent and want a community that empowers you, reminds you of your sacredness and Divinity, and holds space for you to just BE? If you answered yes to any of those questions, keep reading! I would be honored to help bring you closer to liberation. Use the simple guide below for a suggestion on where to begin.
Speaking Engagements

Consume thought-provoking topics, such as the psychology of racism, racism in education and racism in agriculture, as I lead the audience through a challenging, yet educational and rewarding discussion.

Assessments & Workshops
Engage in exercises to assess, uncover and understand cultural and racial disparities in organizational settings. Assessments include the Race Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) assessment for multi-racial organizations, the REDI Assessment for Churches, as well as The Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), which assesses intercultural competence for both individuals and organizations.
The REDI Assessment is a tool that evaluates racial and D&I biases in the workplace environment and offers an understanding of the organizational level of awareness and knowledge on racial equity culture.
The REDI Assessment 2021 Executive Summary, which reveals data taken from 10 organizations and approximately 500 diverse participants spanning all organizational levels, is now available. This summary reveals important key data highlights and sheds light on the current cultural environments shared within these organizations.
Workshops include a range of learning opportunities, including in-person and virtual training on race equity.

Coaching & Collectives
One-on-one coaching packages are available for corporate executives, church leaders, and educators to inform and ignite action for racial justice within organizational workplaces and educational settings. One-on-one coaching packages are also available for white women seeking guidance on gaining clarity of their purpose in racial equity work, and women of African descent seeking a partner in their journey toward sacred healing.
