Are you ready?
Explore your path to race equity.
Are you ready to embark on a journey toward greater self-discovery and empowerment? Are you a woman of African descent seeking a community that honors your sacredness and reminds you of your Divinity? Or perhaps you’re a woman of European descent, a spiritual coach or healer, looking to deepen your understanding of race and foster meaningful connections in your work. If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’re in the right place!
I’ve navigated the complexities of my own racial identity as a biracial Black woman. My journey led me from toxic corporate capitalistic environments, where I spent over 13 years, to founding two businesses centered on racial equity and personal and collective liberation. I understand the challenges of moving through predominantly white spaces and the importance of creating spaces for authentic dialogue and growth.
My passion lies in coaching and mentoring women like you—whether you’re ready to leave corporate life behind or seeking to deepen your commitment to racial justice in your spiritual practice. I would be honored to help bring you closer to liberation. Explore sections below to discover where your journey can begin.

Sacred Justice Alchemy
Sacred Justice Alchemy is a transformative group coaching container for white women spiritual coaches and healers who are committed to integrating embodied racial justice into their practices. This offering emphasizes the importance of personal healing and expansion as essential foundations for impactful advocacy. Sisters will engage in ancestral alchemy, blending indigenous wisdom with their unique medicine to craft offerings that resonate deeply with BIPOC clients. Through this work, women of European descent will cultivate integrity in their stewardship of medicine, expand their client base, and develop bold, authentic messaging that reflects their commitment to racial justice. This container fosters a powerful sisterhood, empowering women to become conscious leaders in the movement for equity and inclusivity in the coaching and healing industries.

Pilgrimage to Egypt
I’m excited to invite those interested in joining me on a conscious pilgrimage to sacred lands, including Egypt and Peru, among others. My fascination with Ancient Egypt began in childhood, and I experienced a transformative three-week spiritual journey through the ancient land of Kemet, which sparked a beautiful process of unfolding and remembrance that I continue to integrate today. Alongside my partner, I’ve also ventured to Peru to sit with the medicine of the land, deepening my spiritual exploration and connection to these sacred places.
Every inch of Mother Earth is sacred, and it is essential that we honor the land and its people. When we acknowledge the rich tapestry of history—both thriving and oppressive—of each sacred site, we open the door to healing not only for ourselves but also for the land and the collective. By confronting and embracing the true history of a place, we can foster a deeper connection and understanding, allowing for transformation and renewal as we walk this path together. I would love for you to consider joining me on one of these trips, with our first location being Kemet (Egypt). Click the button below for more details.

Wait--Is This Racist?: A Guide to Becoming an Anti-Racist Church
A "Be-It-Yourself" Guide to Anti-racism for Churches and Church Leaders
Whether you have been an ally for years or just recently opened your eyes to racial injustice, guiding your predominantly white church toward anti-racism is a daunting task. Where do you even begin? White churches especially feel an urgency to respond but at the same time suffer a sense of overwhelmingness and futility, as if no one action, sermon series, or service project will solve the problem of racism in America. And they're right. Instead, we must begin to look deeply at our organizations--our traditions, our ministries, our leadership, our ways of making decisions, our ways of interacting with the world beyond the church--to identify and address implicit biases and to discover how white pseudo-supremacy has been encoded into our way of "doing church."
Wait--Is This Racist? is here to guide you and your church through this challenging and uncomfortable work. Intentionally interactive, practical, and biblically based, Wait--Is This Racist? guides church leaders and staff through an examination of all aspects of church life, including leadership, preaching and liturgy, music, small groups, buildings and grounds, and more, to help churches create an action plan that will take them toward not only becoming anti-racist but also actually doing anti-racist work. Offering educational tips, powerful stories, and insightful questions, anti-racism consultants Kerry, Bryana, and Josh will accompany you through this necessary work so that your church can truly become a justice-oriented organization that leans more fully into the kin-dom of God.
Features:
- A clear audit of church operations and reasons why this work is so important
- Workbook-style questions at the end of each chapter
- A workable action plan for churches to implement what they have learned
- Tips, encouragement, and questions for BIPOC leaders in primarily white churches
- Helpful glossary of terms to aid general understandin
